Prince Poppycock is an amazing talent, with stunning performances through out the show. But he gave quite the performance on the semifinals of AGT on Tuesday night and we think he has a great chance of winning America’s Got Talent 2010.
We already know that he made it to the finals, and it was well deserved. After giving a performance that earned a standing ovation, it was a no brainer. Poppycock all the way! We have that video, among many others posted below for your enjoyment.
John Quale created the character Prince Poppycock when he a friend invited him to perform the Figaro aria, ‚ÄėLargo al Factotum,‚Äô with the requirement that he must wear a wig. And so, Poppycock has since been in high demand and is now a finalist in the 2010, season 4 of America‚Äôs Got Talent.
According to his website, John has been singing since he could speak. At 11, he had his first professional gig at the Kennedy Center, with the Washington Opera children‚Äôs choir. He sites that he is inspired a wide range of musical styles and artists including ‚ÄúDavid Bowie, Depeche Mode, opera, madrigals, Gregorian chant, The Smiths, and Gilbert and Sullivan.‚ÄĚ
We certainly have loved every single one of his performances on AGT and I can’t wait to see what he does next!
Check out the videos I have posted below and then leave me your thoughts in the comment section. Is John Quale, Prince Poppycock AGT’s winner?
UPDATE: Prince Poppycock is in the top 4! I am so excited! I have added the new video below for you to enjoy! Congrats! I can’t wait to see who wins season 5 of AGT next week!
