As a biography, not much is known about Rachel Biester. She is a model/actress who is most-known as Paul Teutul Jr’s wife. The couple met in an episode of TLC’s American Chopper. Following the falling out of Paul Sr and Paulie, the couple together embarked on yet another business venture called JR Designs and Biester serves as Paul Teutul Jr’s assistant.

According to reports, Rachel Biester became Paul Teutul Jr’s wife over the weekend in a custom wedding planned by the new Mr. and Mrs. They exchanged vows in front of 135 close family and friends at Bonnet Island Estate in Bonnet Island, New Jersey. However, there was one key witness who was a no-show for their special day…Rachel Biester’s father-n-law? Yes, the founder and creator of American Chopper, Paul Sr, was invited by the couple but apparently was not there to help them celebrate in their happiness.

Those who were in attendance, indulged in “a 6-tier pink velvet cake with lemon buttercream that featured handmade sugar flowers, a butterfly release under an arched trellis garden with a musical selection “Here Comes the Sun,” including an incredible scene filled with amazing floral arrangements with a $28,000 price tag”. But not only was the wedding incredibly beautiful, so was the bride!

It was a TLC extravaganza as Rachel dazzled in a wedding gown that she chose while featured on TLC’s “Say Yes to the Dress” in a search to find “the one”. The couple also customized and created their very own cake with none other than the “Cake Boss” from the TLC network. Well done!
