The 7-year-old Single Ladies video from the World Of Dance competition in Pomona, California has gone viral. Find out what all of the controversy is about, and see photos and video below.

As of today we can still count the amount of time that has elapsed since the Miley Cyrus dance scandal in hours. And within that short period of time we have yet another viral video causing most parents to place the palm of their hands on their foreheads, tilt their heads down, and shake them from side to side.

Enter the 7-year-old Single Ladies video shot at last month’s World of Dance Competition. It features a troupe of elementary age girls performing not so elementary dance moves while wearing burlesque-style outfits.

The clip has made its way onto the Early Show and even CNN. It now has over 2 million views, and has caused major outrage across the web. Sarah Kaufman of the Washington Post describes the dancing as a “rubric of raunchy moves straight out of the pole-dance manual.”

As can be expected, the events of this week have led to a great deal of “what is the world coming to” articles—and rightfully so. First we had the ‘Miss USA photo scandal’ wherein this year’s contestants were featured in lingerie-like outfits. That one wasn’t all that shocking, and frankly, I expected it to go that route once Trump took over.

Then we waded through the Miley Cyrus lap dance video scandal. True, girls her age dance like that regularly—even at prom—but with a 44-year-old man (gay or not)?

And finally, we’re faced with the 7-year-old Single Ladies video from the World Of Dance Competition.

I’m wondering whether or not Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis is going to become more popular in the coming years.

Do you think the choreography and outfits go too far? Check out the clip below. Give us your thoughts in the comments section below.

obviously some of you have never been a dance competetion. most people are looking at only the “extra” dance moves, such as the butt shaking and poses, not the technique of these incredible dancers. they are so very talented and should not be on CNN( slow news day?). go to a dance competition and then you can talk.

Well, applause to these 7 years old, they can sure shake their butts.. Not because you can dance that way, it will defines your morals or your future as a human being, remember the discipline they had to go through to put together that amazing dance steps.. These kids worked hard and as long as they are enjoying it and not an obligation and they treated right by their parents, choreographers, managers, etc. and they are still studying.. i don’t mind the dance..
