A Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge handed Paris Hilton a sentence of 45 days in an L.A. County jail for violating her probation in a reckless driving case. The Judge told Paris that she will not be allowed work release, furloughs, use of an alternative jail, or electronic monitoring in lieu of serving time. Egads!!
The teary eyed socialite said, “I’m sorry, I’m sorry” (a little too late there Paris) and witnesses say that Paris’ parents, Rick and Kathy Hilton, were quite upset as the sentence was handed down, especially Kathy, who appeared to be distraught.
The Judge told Paris that he did not believe that she was clueless to the fact that her license was suspended, and that the paperwork in her car did state that her license was in fact suspended.
Paris must begin serving her sentence on June 5th. This should serve as a lesson to Princess Paris that you’re not going to get preferential treatment just because of who you are! Amen.
