In the land of celebrity couple-dom, there seems to never be a dull moment. In yet another scandalous marriage, Sandra Bullock’s husband Jesse James is getting the repercussions that he has earned. Not only has his wife left him, his mistress is profiting from their alleged affair and Jesse James’ ex-wife Janine Lindemulder is seeking more custody of her daughter with her ex. Janine Lindemulder is taking advantage of the very public drama of the Sandra Bullock-Jesse James marriage breakdown. James’ ex-wife Janine may not have stood a chance of getting any sort of custody at all before, as she lives in a halfway house and has other issues, she may actually have a bit of a chance now that Sandra is out of the picture.
TMZ is reporting that Janine has filed legal papers in the custody case between her and her ex in an effort to get some sort of custody of their daughter Sunny. Jesse was granted full custody of their daughter, meaning Janine has no custodial rights whatsoever.
Porn star Janine was locked up for tax evasion and now lives in a halfway house. Surely she doesn’t have the cleanest slate around, but perhaps she has a chance now that James has screwed up. Lindemulder’s court date is set for June 14, where she will be able to present her custody case. It is assumed that Jesse James’ ex wife will use this scandal between Sandra and Jesse and Michelle McGee as the backbone behind her case.
