I absolutely adore Carrie Underwood, I actually knew she was going the win her season of American Idol by the time the top 12 came around. This girl is a powerhouse and was meant to be a super star.

She is the cover girl for the March 2010 edition of Cosmopolitan, magazine and Carrie finally dishes on some juicy tid-bits of her life, including her fiancé Mike Fisher and how they met! Here is a bit from her interview.

On fiance Mike Fisher and his influence on Play On: “He provided a lot of inspiration for songs, whether it was something he said or just by being supportive.”

On meeting Mike for the first time after being set up by friends: “I made sure he came in with some other people. I was, like, ‘what if he’s weird?’”

On balancing work and life: “I didn’t want to be one of those people who has an amazing career but ends up alone and unhappy. I want to be happy. I want it all.”

Ok, so she could have dished more, but you will have to buy the magazine to see how much she actually revealed!

This will mark Carrie’s third time on the cover of the magazine, and it is definitely one of my favorites. She seems to have come into her own as the superstar that she is and has a different confidence about her. I just can’t wait to see what she does with her career. She is by far the best talent that American Idol has found!
