Just when you think the Jon and Kate Plus 8 drama couldn’t get any juicier. It has been an ongoing saga of he said-she said, horrible hair plugs, inverted-reverse mullet to seven hour extensions, young media hungry girlfriends, influential BFF’s (*cough Michael Lohan *cough) and one big fat money mess. And yet the Gosselins still have a bit of time left in the lime light. The latest? Jon Gosselin and Kate’s brother Kevin Kreider were spotted having a grand ole’ time out on the town this weekend. If you can remember early on in this Jon Gosselin and Kate Gosselin divorce, Kate’s brother Kevin Kreider and his wife Jodi were big mouthpieces when it came to dishing out their emotions via the media. In the midst of it all, Jon must have forgiven Kevin because on Friday night the duo were doing a bit of barhopping, sans their women.
According to a source, Jonny boy and Kevin started their night out in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania where they decided to have a few beers at the bar of restaurant T.J. Rockwell’s. Then it was on to the Iron Hill Brewery in Lancaster, Pennsylvania where they also enjoyed a few brews. So why has Jon decided to hang out with Kate’s brother again after he accused Jon of exploiting their children for television? Who really knows for sure. What I can say is that if Kate was spotted out on the town ripping it up, tossing a few back and flirting with a few men, I’m thinking that the media would really have something to say about her!
Kate put a halt to her relationship with her brother once he and his wife Jodi made their feelings about Jon and Kate public.
Kevin was quoted as saying, “We’re just so heartbroken and sad about the announcement they made… an announcement that could be so life-shattering for a young child. It was used to gain ratings without any regard for my nieces and nephews.”
Kevin’s wife Jodi had said, “It was the saddest thing to witness. This is family. We lived a life with Jon and Kate for years and we’ve developed really close relationships with each of the kids, and to know that this is being viewed by millions and used as a ratings booster. It’s horrible.. It’s horrible.”
I wonder if Aunt Jodi will approve of her hubby hitting the town with Jon. My guess is that this is just one big fat plot to keep their dirty media hungry selves in the lime light. Just sayin’.

the 1st reply to this thread by “truth” is very close to how I would have said it. I’ve never missed an episode of J&K +8…I even have all the seasons on dvd and have re-watched them. I say that to back up that Jon had said on one of the episodes that people were getting paid to tell things to the media. (not quoting him, just paraphrasing, mind you)
Well, media rumor is that Kate’s brother/sister-in-law had something to do with that. They used to be a part of the show, as we all know, and apparently when their request for money was turned down, that’s when the crap hit the fan. That is somewhat of a rumor too. But it really does make you wonder. I guess good ol’ Jonny boy has forgiven Kevin & Jodi. Personally, I was never much for being Team Jon or Team Kevin/Jodi.
I can somewhat understand wanting to keep an uncle or aunt in the kids lives as long as they can keep their mouths shut around the kids, but I just don’t get it otherwise.

I am so sick of Jon. I used to be sympathetic towards him when Kate yelled on the show, but in light of the way Jon has acted, I’m shocked that Kate didn’t smack him upside his bloated head with an iron skillet! If MY brother sided with my ex over this, I would no longer have a brother. “Aunt” Jody only “cared” about the kids AFTER she and Kevin tried to get paid for their camera time. Pigs…Jon and Kevin and Jody….PIGS! Kate, you are SO MUCH better off. Hang in there, lady. You will have a much better life without those PARASITES!!
