Kimberley Shpeley is Buffalo Bill’s Marshawn Lynch’s hit-and-run victim. Apparently, she is now suing the football running back for other injuries stemming from the incident. Find out more details and see pictures and a video here.

According to reports, Kimberley Shpeley was injured in a hit-and-run incident and is alleging additional injuries related to the accident caused by running back Marshawn Lynch.

As a biography, not much in known about Kimberley Shpeley. She is from Milton, Ontario and is 27 years old. She works in a Canadian automobile industry and has recently returned back to work.

The hit-and-run victim was injured when the Buffalo Bill’s running back struck her in the spring of 2008. It is said that Lynch was reportedly drunk at the time the accident occurred.

Within the documents filed in an Erie County Court, Shpeley claims that the running back was allegedly drunk after getting into his Porsche Cayenne after a night of drinking in Buffalo, New York. It is said that the incident took place on May 31st, 2008 at approximately 3:30 a.m. when he apparently struck her as she tried to cross the street.

It is said that Lynch reached a deal with prosecutors resulting in $100 fine, had his license revoked and avoided jail time. The running back who fled the scene of the accident did plead guilty to “failure to exercise due care toward a pedestrian”.

Shpeley is seeking an unspecified amount of money for personal damages relating to the incident saying that she sustained “severe, painful and permanent injuries.”
