Solange Magnano, 37, a mother of 7 year-old twin girls and former 1994 Miss Argentina is reportedly dead after transferring from a clinic where she had elective surgery on her buttocks and died three days later from a pulmonary embolism. The manner of death is still under investigation.

As a biography, not much is known about the former Miss Argentina. She was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1971 so her age is 38. She is a former Argentine beauty queen and was crowned Miss Argentina in 1994. She is a mother of two 7 year-old twins. She died on November 29, 2009 from a pulmonary embolism, complications due to elected cosmetic surgery.

Fashion Designer and close friend Roberto Piazza, said that she died in Buenos Aires on Sunday. Apparently the former Miss Argentia suffered from complications regarding a gluteoplasty. It is said that the procedure included liquid injections that “went to her lungs and brain.”

Piazza, a runway model for Magnano said, “A woman who had everything lost her life to have a slightly firmer behind.” Wow, all for a better behind?

It is said that Argentina has become the “international destination” for cosmetic surgery. An estimated 1 in 30 people from the country of Argentina receive plastic surgery. Here, it is reported that this is where the most experienced doctors practice.

Her death is still under investigation. She ran her own modeling agency in Argentina.
