It isn’t exactly a good time of year to get into financial trouble, especially with the holiday shopping days almost among us. Lisa Gastineau, formerly Lisa D’Amico, is a Gastineau Girls star who is experiencing a major credit crunch as she will now need to come face to face with American Express. Read more about Gastineau and a lawsuit brought against her here.
As a biography, former fashion model Lisa Gastineau was born in Rockland County, New York on December 11, 1959 which makes her to be fifty years of age.
Not much has been shared publicly about Gastineau’s biographical information and so we’ll update you as we receive additional information. But what we can tell you is that Lisa married NFL legend Mark Gastineau back in 1979. After being married for quite some time, the couple divorced in 1991.
Lisa is the mother of model and socialite Brittny Gastineau, whom she co-starred with in the E! reality show The Gastineau Girls, which started in the year of 2005. The show ended after just two seasons. Gastineau is just the mother of one child.
An interesting tidbit about Gastineau is that she was the mistress of notorious crime boss John Gotti.
However, the latest news on the former reality TV mom is that she is being clobbered with a lawsuit brought on by American Express who is claiming that she owes them a whopping $68,187.53. Now that is a pretty hefty bill!
According to RadarOnline.com, papers were in fact filed at a Los Angeles court by American Express. Amex is saying that Gastineau has failed to pay the outstanding balance of her statement dated August 3rd 2009. As a result, the credit card company is requesting payment in full as well as interest accrued at the rate of 15.24%.
Hopefully Lisa Gastineau will be able to pull herself out of this financial crisis soon!
