The evidence that Jon Gosselin is a douche bag just keeps building up. Personally, I feel bad for his kids. Every time they turn around some new, upsetting bit of news featuring their father, is on the cover of a tabloid or internet scandal.
I hadn’t taken sides in this mess, cause no one really knows the truth but them, but the way Jon has publicly handled himself has been disastrous. I definitely don’t think he was thinking of anyone other than himself during this difficult time, and he certainly hasn’t been trying to keep his name out of the papers for the sake of his children.
You are a 32 year old grown man Jon! You had your fun – chill out and focus on being a good father and making the best decisions for your children. They will, be able to look up all of this stuff one day, and will certainly take note that Kate remained quiet and tried to make good decisions to protect them during this difficult time.
Don’t get me wrong, I am not saying this sex tape rumor or cocaine allegations are true, they came from the National Enquirer. But his conduct in the media leaves a lot to be desired IMO.
Anyway, on to the dirt. According to the National Enquirer, Jon’s bodyguard Thomas Meinelt has been subpoenaed to testify in TLC’s lawsuit against Jon. They are reporting that Thomas saw Jon snort cocaine several times, and has seen Jon’s sex tape.
The tape was reportedly made without Jon’s knowledge. Stephanie Santoro, Jon the former nanny told the Enquirer,
“Tom said people close to Jon put a camera in his hotel room, and paid a girl to flirt with Jon and have sex with him. He also told me that he saw Jon snort cocaine on more than one occasion, and that the more Jon got into partying, the more cocaine he used!”
If this is true, it certainly won’t help Jon in his $5 million counter-suit against TLC, in which Jon is claiming the network caused him “to suffer harm to his reputation.”
TLC is suing Jon for breach of contract, and they will face off in court on Dec 14th.
