Jennifer Elia is in the news because her woman, Chastity Bono, 40, now Chaz Bono, has apparently made the transition from female gender to male gender.
As a biography, not much is known of Jennifer Elia. What we do know is that she appears to be sweet and caring while her partner, Chaz, underwent surgery recently. The couple have been together for four years. Supposedly once the entire procedure is complete, the cuople could get married under California State Law.
It has been said that Chaz Bono’s girlfriend has been very understanding and considerate of Bono’s longing to become a man. Even though the pair already share an emotional connection, they can now have a heterosexual relationship.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Chaz says, “Our relationship always modeled a heterosexual relationship, emotionally and intellectually. So now it does physically as well.”
The Post Chronicle reported that Chaz said, “I always felt like the male from the time I was a child. There wasn’t much feminine about me. I believe that gender is something between your ears not between your legs. That is something I discovered in the early 90s. It was just a long process of being comfortable enough to do something about it. I was turning 40 and I thought it’s now or never.”
Reportedly, Chaz started the gender transformation process in March by consuming male hormone pills, however, the entire sex change will take time for progression.
We wish you well on your complete procedure! Whatever makes you who you are, you must carry on. Not even a sex change will alter the fact that Jennifer Elia is still Chaz Bono’s girlfriend.

Do you like men because of a penis or because you are attracted to men? Being a lesbian is not about the sex organs, it is about an attraction to woman. Most people fall for a person, and in most cases the anatomy just falls in line so they never think about it.
That being said, she is most likely bisexual or pansexual.

WOW. Above poster is an ignorant fool. What is between your legs does not effect your gender. Your gender is what is in your head, not what is in your pants. SEX is your anatomical make-up, which has nothing to do with your gender. Obviously I can’t tell you what to do, but you might make yourself a little more respectable if you did your research before making such an outwardly opinionated post. I’m sure you have no idea about the hardships of transpeople; nobody is in the wrong just because they are uneducated, but it is most definately wrong to assume you know things which you most certainly do not. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion; nobody is asking you to have anything to do with the transgendered community. Chaz Bono was never a woman. He was born female and told what his gender was based on his sex organs. He was always a man mentally, but was most likely not aware that he could do anything about it. Now that he knows he can, he is exhibiting the courage to do so. He is living for himself - not others, not you. I admire his courage to live his live and do what he needs to do to be happy, in spite of the ignorance (from people like you) he knew he would face.
