In Sandra Bullock news, she and husband Jesse James are battling for custody over Jesse’s daughter Sunny. The big Sandra Bullock news is that the power couple is going to court to prove that Sunny’s mother, porn star Janine Lindemulder, is an unfit mother.
Sandra and Jesse have been together since 2002. Jesse left his wife Janine Lindemulder, when she was 7 moths pregnant, to be with the movie star. Now, his daughter is five years old and Janine and Jesse are battling for custody of the little girl.
Jesse and Sandra have been raising the Sunny, because Janine has been in prison for the past six moths, serving a sentence for tax evasion. She is now looking to get her little girl back, and is blaming Jesse for the tax evasion, saying the stress of him leaving her while pregnant left her unable to pay her taxes. She owes over $300,000 in taxes.
She is currently living in a half way house and plans on perusing custody of Sunny when she gets out at the end of the year. Jesse is already on top of things and is asking a judge to determine whether she is a fit parent. His official court statement reads,
“Good cause exists for the court to conduct a review to determine if [the girl] will be safe with [Lindemulder]. She should be restrained from allowing the child around pornographers, drug addicts, guns and firearms, felons and other unsafe environments.”
It is always sad when a child is involved in a custody battle. It is the hardest on them. I hope everything works out for the best for little Sunny.

Child should stay with mother unless mother is a proven drug addict.

Mother should have the child.
I see no evidence of her as an unfit parent.
I suspect her prison time allowed her daughter to be with Sandra and Jesse for an extended period of time…and NOW they decided they want to keep her permanently.
Why else would they ONLY now declare the mother unfit, now that she is ready to reclaim her daughter?
Some things are just so transparent.
