John Mayer is in the news because it is said that he took actress Rashida Jones on a hot date. So hot that at dinner, he apparently borrowed the band’s guitar at the Chateau Marmont in Hollywood and serenaded her. Smooth, John.
As a biography, Rashida Leah Jones was born on February 25, 1976 in Los Angeles, California so her age is 33. Her parents are musician Quincy Jones and actress Peggy Lipton. She grew up in Bel Air, California. She is the youngest daughter. She has an older sister named Kidada Jones and five half-siblings from her father. She is an actress, model and musician. The actress went to school at The Buckley School in Sherman Oaks, California. Furthermore, she attended Hebrew school. Her parents divorced when she was young at the age of 14. After graduating from high school, the actress attended Harvard University. While at Harvard, she initially was pursuing a career in law but later studied the arts. She graduated college in 1997. She has had roles on “Boston Public” as Louisa Fenn, “The Office” as Karen Filippelli and “I Love You, Man” as Zooey Rice. Currently she is cast in “Parks and Recreation” alongside Saturday Night Live’s Amy Poehler. The actress is romantically linked to actor Tobey Maguire, engaged to Grammy Award-winning music producer Mark Ronson, writer/performer Seth Myers, actor John Krasinski and the Director of Speechwriting for President Barack Obama, Jon Favreau.
According to Starpulse, a source says, “John took the guitar from someone who was performing at the Chateau and performed an impromptu performance for Rashida…The crowd went wild when he performed his new song.”
It is said that the crowd was ecstatic after the singer sang his new song for everyone at the restaurant, including Paul Rudd and Jason Segel in the audience. Supposedly thereafter, he performed his song “Your Body is a Wonderland” and dedicated it to Jones.

This was already denied by Rashida’s people. They were both there but dining separately with their own friends and he didn’t sing to her (lol cheesy).
I love his music but he seems to douchey in real life. Jennifer Aniston omg no.
