Noah Cyrus is only 9 years old, and yet her parents allowed her to show up to Jamie Lee Curtis’ Halloween party wearing a lace up, super short, tight dress, knee high leather boots with a three or four inch heel, and more make up than Christian Aguilera. A 9-year-old has no real shape and Noah probably doesn’t even realize how “sexy” her costume is. But knowing how perverted some people can be, I would NEVER let my daughter dress like this no matter how old she is. Then again, her parents are the same people who raised Miley after all. This kid is doomed either way.

noah has no figure whatsoever so the costume isnt all that inappropriate.

I see some people saying to leave them alone, that they are just “living their lives” but you (and their parents) have to remember that they are in the public eye and are role models for little girls. I have 4 kids and I would never let my daughter (now 4) out like that. We should not over sexualize children. They are CHILDREN. My goodness people. I am sure Noah feels she looks great and I am sure some nasty old men think so too. We need to ensure that our children keep their innocence as long as possible because you can’t get that back.
