Noah Cyrus is only 9 years old, and yet her parents allowed her to show up to Jamie Lee Curtis’ Halloween party wearing a lace up, super short, tight dress, knee high leather boots with a three or four inch heel, and more make up than Christian Aguilera. I don’t think it’s the best thing a nine year old should wear that but it’s not inapopreate. Dude it looks scary not hookerish so just leave her alone. Only pervs would think other wise other than that it looks scary

what the hell people … leave lil noah alone its halloween for goodness sake .. yes if she rocked up like that nt on halloween or at the shops yes i would say that for a nine year old is unapproprproite but its halloween everyone dress weird …. i think her outfite is so cute…..
