Noah Cyrus is only 9 years old, and yet her parents allowed her to show up to Jamie Lee Curtis’ Halloween party wearing a lace up, super short, tight dress, knee high leather boots with a three or four inch heel, and more make up than Christian Aguilera. I think her costume IS inappropriate. Never would I have let her out of the house, especially with all these pedophiles out in the world. Now, I don’t find anything wrong with the blue outfit, but the black and purple with the boots…

A 9-year-old has no real shape and Noah probably doesn’t even realize how “sexy” her costume is. But knowing how perverted some people can be, I would NEVER let my daughter dress like this no matter how old she is. Then again, her parents are the same people who raised Miley after all. This kid is doomed either way.

I love Miley Cyrus but yeah- this is not right. A nine year old in that costume? I don’t wanna know how she’s gonna end up. I’m 14 and I wouldn’t even wear that.

They might be out their “living their lives” as another poster said, but for those of us who are parents raising young girls, leaving them alone is the last thing we want to do, when the Cyrus Family and Disney are constantly shoving them in our face, influencing the choices are own young daughters make. That outfit is straight up Prostitute…

Noah looks like a hooker. I don’t give a damn if it was her or a child I saw on the street(pun intended) I’d think the same thing. NO parent in their right mind who cares about their LITTLE CHILD’S welfare would dress them in that unless they WANTED them to look like a prostitute.
