You all know who Ambre Lake is, right? No – ahh come on. Honestly, this is the first I have heard fo her too, but it seems like her ploy for publicity worked.
Ambre was from the second season of “Rock of Love.” She even won the show and had a very short engagement to Bret Michaels. I don’t watch those ridiculous shows, my television schedule is already filled with guilty pleasures like Gossip Girl and America’s Next Top Model, so I didn’t know who this chick was. However, standing on Santa Monica Boulevard in front of the second biggest Mormon temple topless with tape over her mouth and “Legalize Gay” written across her stomach seems to have grabbed some attention.
Now Ambre Lake is in my celebrity lexicon. Just like “celebrities” such as Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton, also famous IMO for scandal. Now don’t get me wrong, Ambre has a long way to go still, Paris and Kim have worked their way into becoming household names and it took a lot more than getting the cops called for a topless gay marriage protest.
Especially since it didn’t last long. Rock of Love star Ambre Lake was topless for just long enough to take a few pictures, found here, before the cops came and told her she was a traffic hazard.
