I doubt the nose rumour too. If I were to compare pictures of myself from I was 17 and 26, and from different angles, I am sure I would look like I had something done too. You are not fully grown in your teens, so you do change a lot. Even your face. Especially since the nose is a part of you that supposedly never stops growing.
