But it was in 1993 when her recognition grew with her role in the soap opera, Coronation Street. In 2006, she also landed a role as a French teacher on Waterloo Road where she is currently shooting its fifth series of the lucrative drama. Lastly, she hosted shows like Loose Women and is making this program her primary day gig. Loose Women debuted in 1995 and being 1 out of 4 women on the panel, her job gives her the opportunity to interview celebrities and discuss common issues, gossip, politics, sexism and current affairs.
Welch, 51, recently has been involved in a “bare-all” magazine shoot for UK’s Bella magazine stating that she takes more pride in her figure now than she did years ago. According to Thaindian News, it says that she is finished with Waterloo Road and looks forward to the future.
Moreover, according to newkerala.com, it notes that not only is this turning a page to a new chapter, but commemorating her age in regards to being “over-the-hill”.
