Denise Richards and Pamela Anderson are being sued by two paparazzi, Scott Cosman and Rick Fedyck. This over an incident that occurred on November 9, 2006 at the River Rock Casino Resort in Vancouver while Denise and Pam were filming “Blonde and Blonder”. The lawsuit is alleging that Denise…
“Stormed up several flights of stairs to their balcony, launched into a 20-minute verbal tirade and physical assault, and called both men ‘paparazzi scum’. She pushed and hit both Fedyck and Cosman, snatched their laptop computers from their hands, and threw them over the balcony with total disregard for other guests, including an elderly woman in a wheelchair who was struck by one of the falling computers”
Denise did admit to throwing the laptop that did injure the elderly woman slightly. She admitted that it was a mistake and that she was wrong.
Pam had wrote about the incident in her blog, stating:
“If it were me I would’ve thrown the photographers over the edge – they got lucky.”
I think that sometimes the paparazzi goes a little bit too far…but there’s no reason why an innocent elderly woman should have gotten hurt in Denise’s tirade….
