Piano Man Billy Joel sure doesn’t mourn past relationships for long. Only a month after splitting from wife number three, Katie Lee Joel, the singer is said to be dating actress and former daytime television star Alex Donnelley. The pair met backstage on July 11, 2009 at his concert with Elton John in Washington, DC. They have been spotted at Billy’s Sag Harbor residence boating and riding motorcycles together.
