However, the Khloe Kardashian weight loss program was not an easy one. In fact, Khloe worked hard to achieve her now slimmed up figure, but she did keep her workouts fun.

About her fitness regime, Kardashian shares, “I try to do just 30 minutes of cardio, mandatory. Obviously if I have more time, I want to do weights, but really that cardio is what works for me because I’m bigger. Cardio is what leans me out, and it still works your muscle definition too. Any kind of cardio. I do different kinds everyday because I get really bored. I do boxing, I go on hikes, I do stairs. I’m always switching it up.”

And perhaps the motivation for a new reality show with her sister Kourtney keeps her energized?

She says, “It’s hard work, but it’s worth it, and once you start seeing results, it keeps you motivated. Now I actually get excited. I’m like ‘I’ve got to start seeing arm definition soon,’ so I go to the gym.”

At any rate, you can sure tell Khloe has been working hard to get in shape. Congrats to Khloe Kardashian on her weight loss!

    I have been dieting for about 1 month. Mostly by reducing what I eat and exercising daily(intensely). For breakfast recently I was choosing between two bagels a Multi-grain bagel or a white bagel. I chose the white bagel because it had a lot less calories.
