Britney Spears was named the new spokesperson for Candie’s in March 2009. At the times she was quoted as saying, “I’m so excited to be the face for Candie’s Only at Kohl’s. Candie’s and Kohl’s are doing such great things with my tour. It’s great to work with a line that has such cool clothes and accessories.”

Now there’s a new line of ads hitting billboards and magazines, featuring Britney Spears shilling for Candie’s in a very equestrian-themed series. In a line of ads reminiscent of Cowgirl Barbie, Britney sports tight jeans, boots, and button downs, and poses alongside horses or rolling in the hay. The hay is pink, but it’s hay nonetheless. Britney is bringing success as the Candie’s spokesgirl, even if the line is targeted at girls 10 years younger than she is.
Britney is currently on the European leg of her Circus Tour, gearing up for dates in Belgium, Denmark and Sweden. Her tour continues, despite the rumors that popped up on Twitter that the popstar had died.
