Soon-Yi Previn is at the center of a lawsuit involving her husband Woody Allen. Allen filed a $10 million lawsuit against American Apparel for the unauthorized use of his image, which he claims damaged his reputation.
American Apparel now wants to call Soon Yi to the stand along with her adoptive mother, who is also Allen’s ex lover, Mia Farrow. Allen’s lawyers claim that calling Farrow to the stand is “part of a brutish attempt to smear and intimidate Mr. Allen” and it demonstrates “the unmistakable intent to transform this trial into a spectacle.”
The clothing company argues that Allen had already ruined his image with his relationship with Soon-Yi, and the various sex scandals he has faced.
