Susan Boyle is from Scotland and she’s 40 something…most of all she sings beautifully…and for all who prejudged her, she taught us a very big lesson that was humbling yet overshadowed by the beauty of her voice and purity. Why is it necessary to give her a make-over, unless she wants it of her own choosing; to me this notion seems to corrupt the entire experience. We have been given a gift, why is it that it is not enough? Who are we to remake (change) this gift. What say the blind person who can only hear her beauty and is not handy capped by vission? If we knew his handy cap would we hear even more of this beautiful gift? What can we learn from this?

DailyMakeover’s idea behind Susan Boyle’s makeover was to empower her to be exactly who she wants to be! If Susan decides she is happy with the way she is, then by no means should she change it. The makeover was not to conform her to pop culture standards but to let her decide what she wants to look like, if she wants that opportunity. DailyMakeover wants to empower women to be who they want to be, and not be afraid to change their look.
