Gallo is being treated at UCI Medical Center for injuries, and will be charged with felony drunken driving, felony hit-and-run, and vehicular manslaughter, police said.

Hmm … toxicology reports are in. She was drunk. Apparently no angel.
June 10th, 2009 at 11:04 pm
Wow… ones drinking has nothing to do with whether she was an angel or not, being an angel has to do with how she lived her life. she was .06, above the legal limit for her age, granted. However, she did not cause the accident nor deserve to die in such a tragic way. Have some decency and say nothing, if you have nothing nice to say. Realize there is more to life than making rude comments about someones loved one! Thank you and God Bless.
