Matt Dillon was in Newberry, Vermont on December 30 and was stopped for speeding on Interstate 91. Sounds pretty lame at first, but turns out 44 year old Matt was clocked going in excess of 106 mph in a 65 mph zone. He was driving a rented 2009 Chevy Impala. For those of you that need help with the math, that’s 41 mph over the posted speed limit! Yowza.
Around 10 pm, Matt Dillon was arrested at the scene, taken in for processing, and later let go. He has to appear in Orange District Court on a charge of excessive speeding on January 21, 2009.
