Danny safely made it out of the attacks and since he and his father have visited injured troops at the Walter Reed Hospital.

According to what Danny’s wife Judy told the Enquirer, he has quit his job at the Pentagon, and is now having trouble paying bills.

“Our finances have gotten so bad we had to file for debt consolidation, and we barely have enough money to eat. Sometimes we have to borrow money from friends to buy food! To make ends meet, Danny has taken odd jobs. He worked for a while at a bookstore and more recently; he’s been working 12-hour days making decorated light switch covers to sell at weekend craft fairs. But at this point, we don’t even have enough money to pay the $70 fee for a booth at a craft fair!?

I am not wheelchair-bound; ask my wife. I am a wheelchair user.

    Rock on!

Why are all of you waisting your time on this? Where have you been? Where have all the concerned media been? I will bet you can guess.

Just leave me alone. It’s over, dad won. As usual.

Do you remember me? I used to come over to Angel View and spend time with you and Grace. I showed movies to you and the kids there. You also came to the Plaza Theatre in Palm Springs for a field trip.

I’ve thought of you often and wondered if you were okay. If you want to contact me, please do.

    All the best.

I sympathize with you for having that irritating man as your father, believe me. How ironic that he seems to enjoy having the reputation of being a charitable man. Could you perhaps contact your siblings for assistance? Good luck to you and your wife.

Sounds like its daniel’s problem not his dad’s. No one asked him to quit without having a backup plan or living outside your means. Regis has done what he has to do make a living and so should Daniel. Sorry dude cant be on your side on this. I got laid off not had the choice to quit.Hey get your wife to work too.

Not having money for food doesn’t sound like living outside your means, Rose. You’re right that Regis has done what he has to do to make a living, but surely that overpaid, pompous windbag can spare some money to help out his son! My daughter is 34, divorced, has a thirteen year old daughter, and still needs help making it paycheck to paycheck in today’s economy. Since we can afford to help out, we do. What is with these bitter people who don’t believe in helping out? I think it’s safe to assume if they can’t help their own family members they’re meanspirited in other ways as well. Glad not everyone is like you, and I pity any child of yours who comes to you for help.

I’d really like to know why Danny quit his job with the Pentagon. While I feel for him, I have to wonder why he would quit a secure job.

This guy needs help and it isnt our place to judge him because he quithis job!! There were probably very good reasons. He is in a wheelchair with no legs and while Regis may have a valid reason not to go overboard with help, needing food and a roof over your head are basic needs that no parent should deny their child…….ESPECIALLY A PARENT AS WEALTHY AS REGIS PHILBIN!!! There is probably more to this story than meets the eye so we should probably all shut up and those of us who can afford should send in some charity to this poor couple. WHat if the tables were turned and a mother was sick on disability and bringing home 1300 a month and that is the only money in the entireworld she has….renting a room from a friend for 400…should her son who makes 80,000 or more contribute to helping her now and again.

Days at Valley and then Northridge… Trips to the 7-11…. Fun days… Best Summer was the Summer of 1986..
