Jennifer Aniston has filed lawsuit against celebrity blogger Perez Hilton for publishing a riskee photo of her. A link to the “redacted” photo is below.

The lawsuit claims that it was made during a film and stolen after production. This isn’t the first time that Jennifer’s headlights have been exposed to all. She didn’t like it the first time either and that lawsuit ended in settlement.

Gone Hollywood removed the new photo under protest after receiving a letter from Universal Studios. James Joyner’s take on it is interesting reading.

Believe it or not, Jennifer Aniston’s breasts are Exhibit 3 in the court document. There is something funny about “redacted” headlights in a photo, but perhaps we can expect that sort of talk from lawyers.

At any rate, why do you care about celebrity photos? And after all, many wonderful accolades can be associated with Jennifer Aniston, but you’ll never anyone say she has fabulous breasts!
