Tina Sherman and her husband are suing McDonalds for $3million over her leaked nude photos.
Apparently, Tina Sherman sent her husband Phillip Sherman some racy photos to his cell phone over the summer. Phillip left his cell phone at a McDonalds on Sixth Street in Fayetteville, Arkansas on July 5, 2008. He called the McDonalds to tell them he had left his phone, and manager Aaron Brummley assured Phillip he would keep it safe until he was able to return and pick it up.
The McDonalds employees apparently don’t keep their promises. The scandalous photos were uploaded onto a website that also published Tina Sherman’s name, address, and contact information. The website also allegedly detailed how McDonalds employees came into possession of these photos. Tina and her husband are suing the McDonald’s Corp., Matthews Management Co., which owns the particular franchise in question, and manager, Aaron Brummley.
The suit alleges that before Phillip could pick up his cell phone, wife Tina Sherman received text messages from Phillip’s phone in response to the pictures. One message stated:
“I’ve seen your pictures Tina, I liked what I saw.�
According to the suit, it took 72 hours for the racy pictures to be removed from the website. During this time, Tina Sherman became increasingly upset, cried uncontrollably, and continued to suffer emotional distress. The suit also states that she received threatening and harassing phone and text messages.
Included in the lawsuit is a claim of loss of wages, as the Shermans state they were forced to leave their jobs and move elsewhere because of the harassment brought on by the website and leaked photos. They are seeking $3million in damages.

Seriously, if that bimbo from the High School Musical gigs can carry on with her life despite full frontal nude shots, this nobody can.
This is a greedy money-grab from a couple of crooks. McDonald’s holds ZERO liability in this matter, and if they could find the individual responsible then they could go ahead and try to sue them but since they probably work at McDonald’s… they don’t be getting much. This is EXACTLY why they sue McDonalds. Sue them for $3 million hoping to settle out of court for a high six figure number.
PATHETIC. Tina, if you didn’t want nude photos to be leaked…you don’t get yourself in one. Ya know? GREEDY F-CKS!
