Celebrity Halloween Costumes 2008

Happy Halloween, everyone! It’s not just a day for kids to put on the Papa Smurf mask and go door to door trick-or-treating. Everyone can get in on the fun by dressing up, even celebrities. All morning hosts of the daily talk show circuit have been dressed up. The ladies of “The View” are presidents from the past. Regis and Kelly were Tim Gunn and Heidi Klum. Martha Stewart was some kind of statue. But the costumes shown on television are never as fun as the ones worn to the parties. Here are your 2008 celebrity Halloween costumes.

Kim Kardashian as Wonder Woman

Last night PAMA hosted its annual Halloween Masquerade, and the celebrities came out to show off their get-ups. Kim Kardashian came dressed as Wonder Woman, and once again all eyes were on her derriere. However, I didn’t even notice it because I couldn’t help but stare at her hair - it looks fabulous! Nicely done, Kim.

But the event at Stone Rose isn’t the only place to find dressed up celebrities. On Halloween you can find them anywhere. Costumes this year have included:

Lance Bass as some kind of “High School Musical” student (just guessing here) in a cap and gown. 2-4-6-8 N’Sync singer graduates!

Kim Johnson as Tinker Bell

Katy Perry as Freddie Mercury (I think this is for her birthday - the day before she took the stage as a fried egg)

Never to be one to let an opportunity to stir up controversy pass him by, Perez Hilton dressed as Jesus

Ali Lohan as a bow-tied kitty cat, with matching cat ears on Dina

Katie Holmes and daughter Suri in pumpkin-inspired dresses

Mariah Cary as a scantily clad fire fighter

Heidi Montag plays the cop as she arrests her prisoner, Spencer Pratt

Meanwhile, Michael Jackson went as himself. Yep, Michael Jackson was the original Thriller. He was out and about in Los Angeles shopping for costumes with his children. But while everyone in the family wore a mask, Michael didn’t.
