Burney Lamar is Nikki Taylor’s husband. They have just announced that Nikki is pregnant, and the baby is due in March. Nikki told People,
“Burney and I are very excited with this stage of our lives. We’re thrilled.”
Burney Lamar was born in West Sacramento, California on August 21, 1980, making his age 28. He is a NASCAR driver. At the age of five he began racing go-karts winning twenty-five track championships and three International Karting Federation Regional titles. By 16, Lamar was racing stock cars at Stockton 99 Speedway. In the following years he raced on West Coast short tracks, and won the Shell Oil Tri-Track championship.
Burney Lamar began racing in the USAC Western States Sprint Car Series in 2000. That year he took home rookie of the year, which led to him joining the NASCAR AutoZone Elite Division Southwest Series. He also won Rookie of The Year that year as well. In 2009 Lamar will share the Braun Racing #32 Dollar General Toyota with another driver.
On December 27, 2006, Burney Lamar married supermodel Niki Taylor in La Jolla, California. They were only engaged four-months. They are now expecting their first child together. Nikki has twin boys from a previous marriage.
