Meet Weston Coppola Cage, the son of actor Nicolas Cage and an up-and-coming rock star. See his biography, photos, and video here.
Weston played with his band last night in L.A. at Whisky-A-Go-Go. Rumor has it dad Nicolas Cage was there to cheer him on.
As a biography, Weston Coppola Cage was born on December 26, 1990 in Los Angeles, California, so his age is 17. Weston is the son of actor Nicolas Cage and Christina Fulton.
Weston is a fan of metal rock, and formed the black metal band Dimmu Borgir. The band first performed in April 2008 at The Grove in Anaheim, California before embarking on a North American tour with Behemoth and Keep of Kalessin.
Weston has also taken part in a couple of his father’s projects. He played Vladimir in “Lord of War”, a young Ukrainian mechanic who disarms a helicopter in the movie. Weston also created a comic book with Nicolas published by Virgin Comics called “Voodoo Child”. The comic book is set in a post-Katrina New Orleans and features character Gabriel Moore, who was a child murdered by secessionist soldiers in the old South but who lives on by a voodoo curse and now battles gang violence and racism. Nicolas hopes that the storyline will one day be brought to life on the big screen.
He also takes on projects with his mom; they created the fashion line Fulcage. All proceeds of the clothes go the Fulcage/Single Mom Foundation, which helps struggling single moms.

Dimmu Borgir is from Norway not the US. They also began in 93 when this guy was 3 years old. So how does a 3 year old American start a Scandinavian Metal band while remaining an unknown in the Metal world?
I have no idea, but the egg who wrote this believes it to be true. Congratulations champ.

I heard a clip of this guy performing on stage and all he did was screan everything he said, even when he was just talking to the audience, it was wierd and it didn’t sound good at all….just goes to show that if you have a little money and a famous parent, lack of talent is often overlooked. Such a shame what has happened to the music industry.
