“Amy Poehler is not here tonight because she’s having a baby,” Seth Meyers said Saturday at the start of the “Weekend Update” newscast parody he normally co-hosts with Poehler. “Now here are tonight’s other top stories…”
So now, Amy Poehler is a real-life “Baby Mama” after giving birth to Archie Arnett, a healthy baby boy, weighing in at 8 pounds, 1 ounce! And by all accounts he and mom Amy, are doing fantastic! I guess that would mean dad Will Arnett from Arrested Development is doing pretty good too don’t you think?
Amy Poehler, after 8 seasons, is expected to leave Saturday Night Live after this season to star in her own NBC sitcom. I can’t imagine the show with her! Or her big ‘ole baby bump!
