Apparently it is true — and we thought Simon was grumpy before! According to this report, Terri Seymour apparently told close friends that things just weren’t working out anymore between she and Simon.
“We’ve split up. It’s very sad but we decided to go our separate ways. It just wasn’t working out between us.”
Terri Seymour is 34, and Simon Cowell, 48. The two began dating in 2002 after she interviewed him for a television show. Reportedly, Terri broke up with Simon over the phone.
“Terri phoned Simon and finished it in September, about six weeks ago,” says Cowell’s rep, Max Clifford.
“They are going to remain close friends. Simon thinks the world of Terri and that isn’t going to change. He also understands her reason for ending it.”
Some are saying the reason for their breakup is Terri’s desire to get married and have children — something Simon has been reluctant to do.

Terrie Seymour is a nice gall who tried what alot of us do.Change someone for who they are.Speaking from personaly working for her and Simon a few years ago it was ment for them to break up.To bad hate to tell you I told you so Terri.Se you told me alot I listened but you forgot to listen to your own heart and now you need to look at how many years you have lost.Simon will always be arragant/not wanting to settle and no kids.I told you that years ago.Sorry for all the heartache.You are a sweet young lady and well move on to the next bloke?
