Rose McGowan, that ‘charming’ oh so sexy star of Planet Terror is considering joining the cast of “Inferno,” producer Brian Grazer’s film about legendary Deep Throat star Linda Lovelace. She’s just the latest Hollywood star to be linked to the project. Angelina Jolie, Meg Ryan and Anna Faris are all said to have turned it down. The movie, “Inferno,” will be a biopic about Linda Lovelace who died on April 22, 2002, at the age of 53 due to severe injuries in a car accident.

Linda Lovelace - whose real name was Linda Boreman - played the porn goddess “Deep Throat” in the famous hardcore movie of the same name. Deep Throat the movie, has grossed over $600 million. At the time, she said of making Deep Throat: “I loved it, every minute of it.”

Well, so did a whole bunch of other people Linda!

So, if Rose chooses to play Linda Lovelace, the rest of the cast of “Inferno” is in place with Bill Pullman (love him!) as Hugh Hefner and Josh Lucas as Linda’s husband, Chuck Traynor, the one who got her into porn in the first place.

Rose has been really busy since breaking up with her fiancé, director Robert Rodriguez. She just filmed a bunch of episodes of Nip/Tuck and has three or four film projects lined up along with her latest movie, Fifty Dead Men Walking.
