Anna Nicole’s Boob Job Video Lawsuit

Well it seems Anna Nicole Smith’s boobs can also now rest in peace. A judge in Los Angeles issued his final ruling barring a Texas doctor and his wife from selling or distributing a video of the late Playboy Playmate getting a boob job in 1994. Anna Nicole’s lawyer, Howard K. Stern, filed a lawsuit on behalf of her estate in July of 2007 against Dr. Gerald Johnson - who performed Anna Nicole’s breast implants when she was 26 - and his wife. The lawsuit basically said the blonde bombshell never consented to the taping of her breast augmentation.

It seems Dr. Johnson’s defense was that he typically obtains his patients’ permission to film such surgeries and promises to keep all videos private “during a patient’s lifetime.”

Larry Birkhead, father of Anna Nicole’s daughter, Dannielynn, said in a sworn declaration last year:

“It was clear that Anna Nicole was unconscious during the videotaping, and even more disturbing, the videotape focused on areas of her nude body that were unrelated to the location of the surgery.”

But wait. It. gets. worse.

According to court records, this smarmy Dr. Johnson gave the tapes to a memorabilia dealer after Anna Nicole died back in February 2007. The footage was then edited into a five-minute video and scored with music similar to the theme from “Jaws!”

So, this permanent injunction settles the lawsuit filed by Howard who of course is the executor of Anna Nicole’s estate. According to sources, all the boob job tapes have been accounted for and terms of the settlement between Dr. Johnson and Anna Nicole’s estate are confidential.
