Jamie Lynn Spears Breast Feeding Pictures Stolen
Jamie Lynn Spears has some very personal pictures floating around, as some of the photos include her breast-feeding baby Maddie, and a photo of her breast is exposed.
The pictures were reportedly taken by Jamie Lynn’s fiancé, Casey Aldridge, on his cell phone. He took the pictures to a Wal-Mart to be developed, where it seems as though someone made extra copies. That person is reportedly trying to sell the pictures including the breast-feeding photos and the photo exposing Jamie Lynn’s left breast.
Pictures also include Britney Spears holding the baby, one of Jamie Lynn, Britney, Brian, Lynne Spears and Jamie Spears around Jamie Lynn’s hospital bed. There are also pics of Maddie by herself, and a picture of Jamie Lynn in a negligee holding the baby. All in all there are twelve photos.
Jamie Lynn is still a minor, so buying or selling any kind of nude photos, even if they are of breast-feeding and not of sexual nature, could be a violation of federal laws prohibiting pornography. The pictures of Jamie Lynn’s breast could land the person who stole the photos, and anyone who purchases them, in federal prison.
Now authorities are trying to find the man attempting to sell the photos, and Britney’s lawyers may go after Wal-Mart for the alleged stolen photos.

DO you have any knowledge of law? A nude photo that is not sexual in nature is perfectly legal OF ANYONE AT ANY AGE. It’s the content that would make it illegal or legal

Billy Bob, I said COULD. As TMZ and NBC reports - “Because Jamie Lynn is a minor, selling the pics — or buying them — could constitute a violation of federal laws prohibiting child pornography. Peddling pictures of a minor’s breast — even if not taken for sexual purposes — could land the seller and the buyer in federal prison if they are marketed across state lines for the purpose of being lurid. Also, anyone purchasing the pics could be prosecuted for the crime of receiving stolen property.”

The only thing that could be illegal with this is stealing someone elses private property. Breastfeeding is not sexual. I think several womens groups would disagree with that. in order to find them lurid one would have to prove sexual innuendo and breastfeeding wouldnt be in that category. A picture of your kid at the beach could be sold as child porn, but is it pornography? And of course they would say that. it provides more news. Child pornography no, stolen property and wrong.yes. i am a Personal care worker and i work with children as stated above its not the nudity its the context. Showing of the breast at any age is fine as long as she isnt doing anything sexual, and breastfeeding doesnt fit the bill. She could be completely nude and if she wasnt doing anything sexual it would be legal. Havent you seen any of the photos that have been tried in federal court and passed? A breastfeeding photo is mild in comparison. im just saying that according to the law nudity, regardless of age or gender, is pornography if it has to have OBVIOUs, blatent sexual innuendo or a close-up of the genitals. Ask yourself is breastfeeding really sexual?

you know i just thought about it if thats child porn then american beauty has a 17 year old topless, theres the blue lagoon movies and pretty baby. all have completely nude or topless minors. Huggies boxes. Television ads for childrens bath products. Walt disney movies(for example the secret garden), Literally thousands. these were all examples brought up at my last seminar. I suppose these are child porn too? NO way.
