Angus Sutherland, son of Donald Sutherland and younger brother to Kiefer, stars in the vampiric sequel, “Lost Boys 2: The Tribe,” new to DVD this week.
“The Lost Boys,” is a beloved teenaged vampire film from 1987 starring Jason Patric, Jamie Gertz, and Kiefer Sutherland. Capitalizing on the success of the first film, and of its sexy vampire star, brother Angus Sutherland is starring in the lackluster sequel. Critics and fans alike agree that it is a far inferior film.
Born September 3rd, 1982, Angus Sutherland is the son of veteran actor Donald Sutherland and Francine Racette. This makes him the younger brother to Roeg and Rossif Sutherland (the latter is also an actor), and half-brother to “24” star Kiefer Sutherland.
“Lost Boys 2″ is not the first film for the youngest Sutherland. He played a small part in the stoner vehicle, “Harold and Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay.”
