Shawn Southwick King is apparently suffering from an addiction to painkillers. She is currently seeking help, and has checked into a rehab facility.
We don’t know much about Shawn King, as details about her life before she married Larry King are vague. She is currently 48 years of age, but doesn’t look a day over 40. She and Larry married on September 5, 1997 in a Jewish–Mormon inter-faith ceremony. It was the sixth marriage for Larry, but it seems he found his true love. Ten years later and the couple now has two beautiful sons together, Chance, 9, and Cannon, 8.
According to People magazine, Shawn has suffered from migraines her whole life. In efforts to treat her vicious headaches, she became dependent upon painkillers. Now, in order to gain control over her life and headaches, Shawn King is seeking treatment at a rehab facility.
We wish her well and hope she makes a full recovery.

I have known Shawn for many years(although we have not spoken to each other in a while).
Her father was a legend at Captial records, and also worked with the Osmonds, he still is Marie’s manager.
Her brother Paul also had a hit record with the group that included Richard Marx’s wife, I cannot remember the groups name however.
Shawn is blessed with a wonderful family!
She was the host of a very popular interview show on the USA network.
I believe she was the first Nightrider girl. She is also an inventer, she had a very successful hair weave product. You can also find her latest album on Lofton Creek Records, she has a duet on the album with Willie Nelson.
