2008 BET Awards - Winners
The 2008 BET Awards will be televised live from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles Tuesday evening. Comedian D.L. Hughley is set to host, with performances from artists such as Usher, Mary J. Blige, Mariah Carey, Chris Brown, Rihanna, Alicia Keys and Lil’ Wayne (who’s set to close the show), just to name a few.
Leading the nominations this year is T-Pain, hip hop R & B singer, songwriter and producer, who garnered 5 nominations for his work with Chris Brown, Kanye West and Flo Rida.
The Humanitarian Award will be presented to the legendary Quincy Jones and the Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented to Al Green.
