Are Madonna and Guy Ritchie heading towards a divorce? According to Holy Moly they are and Madonna is already gearing up. She has hired the best divorce attorney money can buy, Nicholas Mostyn QC. Mostyn has handled high profile cases such as Paul McCartney and Heather Mills divorce, Earl Spencer, and Ray Parlour.
According to reports Madonna and Guy have just grown apart. With her album promotions and his reincarnated movie career, the two just haven’t spent much time together. We have been hearing rumors of Madonna and Guy divorcing for months now, so it is not that huge of a shocker, if it is true. What is surprising though, is Holy Moly reports that there was no prenump in place, which gives Ritchie access to Madonna’s fortune. Madonna made about $72 million last year alone, so you can imagine how big her amassed wealth is.
Don’t expect this divorce to get dirty though. Madonna is a very private person, and for the sake of their children, they will most likely keep a low profile.
Madonna and Guy have been married a little over eight years and have one biological child, Rocco and adopted child David Banda together. Madonna is also the mother to Lourdes, who was fathered b her fitness trainer, Carlos Leon.

Well that is to bad. They seemed like a really good couple to me…. one of the draw backs of being so rich and famous, it seems, is the difficulty in keeping a marriage together.

It’s not just about being rich & famous. I think it’s about being too busy with their careers. A relationship thrives on time spent together.
