Former model Heather Stohler, aka Heather Arrick, died in a fire this past weekend. Stohler and her boyfriend Daniely Risley, were in their apartment home in Vincennes, Indiana sleeping when a fire broke out. Stohler and Risley were pulled from the burning apartment and rushed to a nearby hospital.

Sadly, the 29-year-old model had inhaled too much smoke and died upon arrival. Risely suffered substantial burns and died the next day.

Fire officials stated that the fire in the apartment was an accident. Investigators say the fire started when pans and skillets were left on the stove and the stove was left on.

Heather Arrick was managed by Elite Model Management and Ford Models agencies, as well as Donald Trump Management. Heather represented Calvin Klein for ten years with pal Kate Moss. She had a successful modeling career appearing in European runways shows and on the covers of fashion magazines such as Marie Claire and Vogue Italy.
