Madonna’s Muscles

The Material Girl has always been big on eating healthy and staying fit, but lately Madonna’s muscles have become a little out of control.

Madonna was caught coming from one of her six days a week, two-hour work out sessions in London when she was photographed looking like an ultimate fighter. She was accompanied by her personal trainer, Tracy Anderson, who has previously commented on Madonna’s dedication to her work out regime.

“It comes down to whether or not you are a hard worker and someone who puts in 100 per cent. I prefer to train with the dedicated and [she’s not] afraid to work.”

Madonna’s motivation of late is probably preparation for the upcoming tour promoting her new album ‘Hard Candy.’ It’s hard to believe the woman is months away from being 50 – until you look at her face.

“There is a stage in a woman’s life when you have to choose between your face and your body – I always knew I’d choose my body.�?
