There is more to this story than meets the eye. Lauren Cleri (sometimes written “Lauren Cleary”) and her husband, NYPD Officer Frank Cleri, were having marital problems. He knew about her cheating but did not expect her to announce it on national television. Imagine how the boys down at the station will be dissing him.
She appears to be an opportunist looking for some fame and glory. Lauren is an amateur model but she has no portfolio we could find. She is officially a hair salon assistant from New York which is pretty far down the food chain.

About her biography, she has blond hair and blue eyes but her measurements are unknown. She is 26 years old, two years older than her husband.
About ruining her marriage, Cleri says on her MySpace page that she is “sick” over it but “recovering…it’s going to be tough.” We think she may be more sick about not winning any money.
“I didn’t think it was going to be this big a deal,” she told the New York Post yesterday, “because I thought so many people are doing it, we’re not going to stand out.” Really?
“We’re kind of up in the air right now. I want to [shack up with my husband], but I don’t think he does.”
Apparently Lauren was determined to win a million dollars but being completely truthful but the lie buzzer got her. That is what I do not like about this show. I am convinced that people are being honest but the lie detector boots them. Lie detectors are not perfect, which kind of ruins the show.
In this case, one can wonder because of the question which sent her home.
“Do you think you’re a good person.” She said yes, and that was the end of it.

Lauren Cleri is a troubled young woman, but she is not evil. She told the truth!!!. For some reason, yet unknown, she did not want to continue in her current relationship with her husband Frank. She should be congratulated, not villifed. Let both Lauren and Frank go on their separate ways…let them try to find happiness and love…it’s not with them together…let them find it separately, but with one purpose.

Lauren is a hero. She spoke her mind. She wasn’t happy. She is a young woman who probably married on the rebound. Her husband Frank looks like a dork. A dork is a dork, even if he is a NYPD cop. She made mistakes…she said things about their relationship that was hard for her…but do I blame her. NO!!!!! She is a victim of the new generation…get what you can, when you can, and don’t look back. That’s what we’ve told our kids, and that’s how she grew up. I praise Lauren Cleri for now speaking her mind. I’m a married man, 50+, who has done worse than Lauren…give her a break.

A hero? Please/ She’s a cheap whore.
You say she’s a hero for telling the truth? She only told the truth to try and win big money.
If nobody had dangled that money in front of her she would have never told her husband the truth about her feelings.
That means she’s not just a slut, she’s a whore too.
Her honesty should have been given free to her husband. Instead it was for sale to America.

Cheating, marrying the person without being convinced 100% about it is EVIL. And no circumstances make it NOT EVIL. Yup, he’s a dork, SO? Does this make using him justified and not evil? She did not want to conitnue? Then why she got married in the first place?

What a load of garbage.
1) Cheating is never OK, if you’re unhappy GET OUT OF THE RELATIONSHIP
2) Yes, she is a whore (not necessarily cheap, as she was going for $200,000 to bust up that marriage)
3) I agree with Donny…randy, just because you did it doesnt make it OK, you’re probably a really shitty person
Also, this show is a joke, wouldn’t expect anything better from FOX.

Randy clearly shows how idiotic people have gotten in this world. He goes on to admit he’s done worse. He must be part of the slap-a-ho tribe.
It takes someone really shitty to say what randy has and what Lauren Cleri did. Who knows. They brought it on the stage of National T.V. Now they have to live with it.
