Amy Winehouse has been admitted to the hospital for dehydration. The Grammy nominated singer is currently in rehab seeking treatment for a drug addiction. Amy was admitted into the hospital after reaching dangerous levels of hydration during her treatment.
A source tells The Sun,
“Amy was looking very pale and thin. She looked ropey and exhausted. Let’s hope she hasn’t taken a turn for the worse.”
Amy’s father confirmed this saying,
“Amy is OK. She is making progress but will be in rehab for a long time.”
Amy was set to attend the Grammy Awards on February 24th, but now it will depend on her progress in rehab. Better to have her fully recovered for next year’s show. Amy is nominated for 6 Grammy’s, including Record of the Year, Album of the Year, and song of the Year.
