Lindsay Lohan Drinking Again

Lindsay Lohan has been doing pretty well since her release from rehab. Even though she relapsed on New Years eve, she called her sponsor and seemed to get back on track. But Lindsay just can’t seem to control herself while in party situations. Last Friday, Lindsay was hanging with her old friends, Samantha Ronson, Stavros Niarchos and Brody Jenner, while partying at The Box.

A witness at the night club claims Lindsay relapsed again and was seen swigging Vodka straight from the bottle. Is this chick allergic to glasses or something? The witness at the club said Lindsay was “trying to keep a low profile and covering her face.” Umm, ya think?
