For the first time since the birth of her daughter, Harlow Winter Kate Madden, Nicole Richie was spotted with Joel Madden at a party. She looked amazing for just giving birth a few weeks ago. The party, which was for her manager, Benny Medina, fell exactly two weeks to the day since the baby was born.
