Cerina Vincent is in the news today as she has recently released a new book titled, “How To Eat Like a Hot Chick”, with co-author Jodi Lipper. You can read an excerpt of the book here.

As a biography, Cerina was born on February 7, 1979 in Las Vegas, Nevada. At 4 years of age, she started dancing, singing and acting. In 1996, she won the Miss Nevada Teen USA title and competed in the Miss Teen USA pageant, where she placed in the top 15. Since she didn’t make the top 10, she decided to focus on acting instead of pageants.

Cerina is probably best known for her role as Maya in Power Rangers Lost Galaxy video release, where she reprised the same role in the Fox series in 1999. Cerina appeared in Undressed, Malcom in the Middle, and Felicity in 2001. In 2002, she appeared in Ally McBeal and in the film Cabin Fever. Her 2006 filmography include Sasquatch Mountain and It Waits. In 2007, she appeared in the films Toxic and Just Add Water, to name a few. You can see Cerina in the upcoming film, Everybody Wants to be Italian, set for release in March 2008.
